What Is Apple’s Major League Soccer (MLS) Season Pass?
The MLS Season Pass is a subscription Apple is sharing with all soccer and Major League Soccer fans. This season pass will let fans enjoy the February 2023 season from the comfort of their homes.
As stated by Apple’s senior vice president of Services, Eddy Cue, in an Apple blog post:
The subscription launches on February 1, 2023, to viewers in more than 100 countries and regions globally. They’ll be able to enjoy all live regular-season matches, the playoffs, Leagues Cup matches, league and club content, MLS NEXT Pro, and MLS NEXT games.

MLS Season Pass subscription prices differ depending on whether you’re an Apple TV+ subscriber or not:
Apple TV+ subscribers: $12. 99/month or $79 per season Non-Apple TV+ subscribers: $14. 99/month during the season or $99 per season.
Apple TV+ subscribers will enjoy some MLS and Leagues Cup matches free of charge. A handful of matches will also be aired for free on the Apple TV app. Apple TV users can watch the “MLS is Back” opening weekend without an MLS Season Pass. Additionally, MLS club season ticket packages will come with a free MLS Season Pass subscription.
As Apple mentioned, this subscription marks a first-of-its-kind partnership between Apple and a major sports league. More importantly, it cements the beginning of a 10-year relationship between Apple and MLS.
MLS Season Pass Streaming Details
The regular season starts on February 25, 2023, with most matches happening on Wednesdays and Saturdays—with some games taking place on Sundays. Broadcast crews will provide commentary in English and Spanish, and matches featuring Canadian teams will be in French.
Pregame coverage will begin at 7 p.m. E.T.—30 minutes before the matches kick off. Of course, there are a few exceptions, so confirm game schedules beforehand.
